Selita Ebanks Is a Model Citizen

user

It used to be that when people thought of models, they conjured up images of shallow hedonists, vapid mannequins whose lives boil down to a circuitous parade of parties, drugs, and anorexia. But that stereotype is steadfast dying thanks to models like Selita Ebanks, who is on a mission to bring awareness to philanthropic causes and is pushing it further with one of her own.

After an empowering trip to Sierra Leone in 2008, the former Victoria's Secret Angel, alongside Serena Williams and singer Eve, founded the Women's Coalition of Empowerment and Opportunity (WCEO). The WCEO aids local African organizations to develop and fund programs focused on education, health, and women’s empowerment.

Modelinia followed Selita on her life-changing trip, and recently caught up with the model at an after-hours party, where she set up a kissing booth to raise funds for her organization.

How many kisses did Selita get? Find out for yourself, and hear what Selita has to say firsthand about her involvement in the charity.
