The Big Battle!!

Hello everyone!! well I would like to start off saying losing weight is so hard!! I don't know how some people can deal with all that commitment!! but i will try. my ideal weight is:165lbs, i am not going to say what i really weight. The first thing I am committed to is eating the right foods for  me, like apples! and for exercise walking for thirty minutes a day, and i will do this for the rest of July. See you all next month!

NO THIS WILL NOT BE A EASY TASK I WILL NOT LIE, ALLTHOUGH YOU SHOULD CREATE DAILY GOALS,WEEKLY, MONTHLY AND YEARLY! AND EAT 5 TO 6 SMALL MEALS A DAY!! CARDIO ,CARDIO, CARDIO!!!! DO THINGS YOU ENJOY AND TRY KNEW THINGS OUT, JOIN A GYM READ MAGAZINES. WHATEVER YOU CAN. AND REMEMBER THE LAW OF ATRACTION SEE YOUR SELF THIN!!! IT WILL COME!
