Top 8 signs of lasting weight loss

Other than staring at the bathroom scale, what are the most common signals people use to know they are at the right weight?  Here's what 322 people told us in a recent survey:

      * When my jeans feel comfortable again.

      * When I have to start wearing a belt.

      * I suck in my stomach, and I can see some definition, like a 4-pack.

      * When my belt notch moves back to where it used to be.

      * When I don't get tired walking up two flights of stairs to my office.

      * When I can see my cheekbones.

      * When I don't have to inhale to button my pants.

      * When friends or colleagues ask me if I've lost weight.

How many of these do you use?

When I can eat all day and the next day skip a meal, just doing snacks all day, that's when!

Long term weight control requires lifestyle changes, specifically new eating behaviors and exercise.

Well, I'm 17 and I'm 5'10 and 160 lbs. My doctor says my weight is ideal for my height...but I dont think it's ideal for my age. I've been losin weight like crazy the past two years...I've dropped like...30-something punds cause I was def pushing 200lbs my sophomore year. But the shocking thing was...I barely did anything to lose the weight. I just started managing my portions better. I work out every now and again [but probably not as much as I need to...LOL]

Haha, i feel happy when these things happen, but it might not be losing weight, it can be the clothes itself.
