We stopped by the Empire State Building today to see Marisa Miller, Alessandra Ambrosio, and their cohorts, who were in town to announce the return of the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show to New York City. We wanted to find out: How could we match that level of body confidence?
They told us not to bother starving ourselves, obsessing about working out, or trying an all-water diet. Confidence stems from feeling good about yourself—and making the right choices. A healthy diet and regular workouts will help you maintain your weight, but self-confidence largely comes from within.
If you aren't enjoying how you look and feel, you need to rethink your strategy. Don't like the gym? Try a yoga class or go running around your neighborhood. Sick of all that carb counting? Go easy on yourself and order that fettucini alfredo if that's what you're craving—just maybe lay off the dessert this time instead. If you can't have fun with yourself, you'll never be confident. Make choices that appeal to you, and avoid anything that will make you angry or agitated. Every day should be a happy one.
What are your tips for achieving a supermodel’s level of confidence every day?
