weight-lifting/working out

so, I'm looking for a good way to get in good shape. i mostly want to start building my upper body and i really don't know where to start. it would be nice if someone could give me some sites so i can find maybe a workout schedule or some weight-lifting tips or whatever. anything really helps, and i await your comments.

    I've found several quick (think 30 minutes) workouts from menshealth.com...I don't buy anything from them; just use the free stuff. It works great and I change up my routine every couple months to keep my body guessing.

    First, you need to define what exactly your looking for; mass bulk or just a well rounded upper body. Always lift major muscle groups first then minors, never workout the same muscle group in a week, eat lots of protein,, atleast 1 gram per pound of body weight, 2 grams is best if lifting heavy. Be creative and change up workouts but still work the same muscle. Do not do lots of reps, go heavy and atleast 4-5 warm-up reps before lifting. It works trust me Im a football coach and weight training ast. Good luck, by the way dont forthe lower a body and your core it will help you in the long run with your legs ans your back!

    I'm already spend a lot of money to get slim. but the problem is everytime I've problem I'll eat just to forget my problem for a while. but now after I want change mind, even I already stop to eat while I've a problem. Stop eat in the evening, but still, I can lose my weight. I don't know what's wrong with me. And what should I do?
