Living Life as a Thank You

The Transformative Power of Daily Gratitude

Giving thanks makes us happier, more resilient, strengthens our relationships, and reduces our stress. In ancient Roman times, Cicero said, “Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues, but the parent of all the others.” Having an attitude of gratitude is not new advice, but in our fast paced 21st century lives, we need extra reminders to get in touch with the essence of life before our lives fast forward to our final days.

Living as if each day was a thank you can help transform our fears into courage, our anger into forgiveness, our isolation into belonging and another’s pain into healing. Saying thank you every day will create feelings of love, compassion and hope.

Authors Nina Lesowitz and Mary Beth Sammons show readers by powerful examples and moving stories how to focus on the good while putting the bad on the back burner. By making a daily concerted effort, we all can look for the good and be thankful for it. Don't focus on what you don't have. Think about what you do have and smile, always smile. Once we look for the positive, we immediately become fresher,  younger and more alive.

Both authors will be conducting book tours throughout the upcoming month of November for this newly released book:
