Why helping others with binge eating is my passion

I used to be someone that knew all of the empty parking lots so I could binge without anyone seeing me.  I used to be someone that made myself feel better by eating massive amounts of food.  I used to be someone that binged up to 6 times per week.  I used to be someone who suffered with Binge Eating Disorder.

Like many others, I suffered for many years while trying to find a way out of this ongoing nightmare.  I know first-hand what it’s like to live day-to-day hiding a secret life that is never revealed to anyone.  And I also know the pain, suffering, loneliness, and other feelings associated with binge eating.

In an attempt to break free, I learned everything I could about Binge Eating Disorder and found that it was possible to overcome.  Then I made a commitment to find new ways to overcome my eating disorder on my own because I simply had no other choice.  I had tried every known method available and nothing was working for me.

Finally, after several months of endless research, I successfully developed my own plan and I've
been binge-free ever since.  Through my plan, I've overcome binge eating disorder, improved my self-esteem, became more active, and have lost the 60 pounds that binge eating had packed on.  It's been a complete life transformation.

Because of my passion to help others, and because I understand first-hand how difficult it is to overcome an eating disorder,  I've been teaching others how they can overcome Binge Eating Disorder themselves since 2005.  In fact, over the last few years, I've helped thousands of people through my e-book, “End Binge Eating: How To Stop Binge Eating And Take Control Of Your Life!”.   For more information and to subscribe to my free newsletter and get exclusive access to my private journal entries, go to: http://www.EndBingeEating.com.
