Working out - Why I Have a Love/Hate Relationship

So I try to take care of myself. I go for the grilled chicken versus the fried. The salad with a little dressing on the side versus the french fries. And so on and so on. Point is the the food part of a diet is the easiest to adapt to, for myself. The working out is not.

I hate working out. I take that back its not the working out I hate its the scheduling it in and getting started on it. I love the feeling after you have had a really good workout. In fact my calves are killing me right now. But I hate the planning and fitting it in. I realized I fit everyone elses needs into my day. But I have not been including me. So I am putting my health first. Plus I want to look killer in a bikini when we go on vacation in a few weeks.

So I am doing it this time. I picked up Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and I am going to complete it every morning right when I roll out of bed. Actually since there are 3 levels of workouts I am going to do each level in 10 days. Then, and only then, I complete this dvd I am going to buy another one and work this for 30 days.

Anyone else out there on a workout plan? Have you done the 30 Day Shred and seen results? And how do you fit working out into your day/life?
