  I hear your pain. I sell shoes online. Here is my suggestions to you.

  1. Do not fully trust BBB. They are not always on your side. I personally have bad experience with BBB as buyer and seller.

  2. Always pay your online merchandise with credit card!

  3. Always call the customer services and see anyone answer your question before making purchase. This is to ensure that someone can take care of you

  4. Always check their return policy

  A online store should ship out your product in 3 days after charging your credit card. If they don't, call them. Don't wait for too long.

  If something happened like this, call your credit card company to dispute your transaction.

  Good luck! Buying shoes online is fun and it saves $$.

  Try taking your child to a REAL shoe store.

  A good family store will measure the childs feet, and know which styles fit properly, width & length

  I know because this is what I do for a living.

  Everyone wants to save a buck online but thats not always the best fit for your child.
