Can someone help with the meaning of this dream???

My mom, who's seven months pregnant, had a strange dream. She dreamed that her mom, that passed away in 2005, had my mom's baby. The baby was a beautiful, very healthy baby, and looked to be about three months old. The whole family was at the hospital and we were talking to the baby, and then the baby talked back to us. But keep in mind that the baby is a newborn, he just looks three months old.... O.o. Now i have no idea why my grandma that's dead would be having my mom's baby in a dream. So if someone can PLEASE interpret this dream for me, i would very much apericiate it! :D
I put as much information about the dream as i could, because i don't know how much info you need, but..... If you can, please help?

Most dreams are about internalized issues...and a lot of the time when you dream about a sibling, parent or child in your dream it is a representation of another side of you. It's also important to know how dreams made you feel, not just the content. My best guess..

Your mom wishes her mother could know this new child and would have liked for her to be part of the experience. The child talking and the family sharing in it is her desire for this to have been more of a shared moment. The grandma having the child allowed her to step outside of the birth and view it like a movie. We do that a lot in dreams...put someone else in our place so we can watch what we would like to happen to us.

I believe it just means that your grandma is with and watching over the the baby now from the other side. It's a very good thing. She is still connected to all of you, even though she is not physically with you anymore, & this would be a time that she is especially attentive. The baby will be able to communicate with her on the other side for a while after he is born, even though he won't be able to talk to you for a while. Gradually it will shift. It was a good dream.
