Friday "Office" poll: Does your boss distract you from getting work done?

NBC/The Office

NBC/The Office

A little espresso and some dancing, anyone?

Is there another boss who does more to distract his employees from the day's work to pay him the attention he so desperately needs? Michael Scott opened "Cafe Disco" in his leased downstairs office in this week's episode of "The Office," and at first, no one came. "Charles really did a number on these guys. they are way too focused on work," he says about the stern VP who has departed the Scranton branch. "When I was in charge, this place was like Dave & Busters, people just hanging out, having fun, eating apps."

Just how is this branch the top-selling branch for a company in a struggling industry?

The dance-off was great fun, and all, but I'm wondering: Do you have a manager who does more to sabotage your productivity than encourage it?

This was one of the funniest episodes in a long time. My friend who is a first time watcher was completely confused but loved it. I do sort of miss Michael Scott Paper Company. Haha

I had a boss who hired an assistant for me and I ended up cleaning up after her. The boss really wanted someone to make her tea in the afternoon and have a tea party so she could confide her affair she was having with this person who became her confidante. She was in every sense of the word a SECRETARY (meaning from dictionary is "keeper of the secrets"). The poor woman had a heart attack and died. What's the saying, "dead men don't tell tales." Oh well........
