Michael Scott opened "Cafe Disco" in his leased downstairs office in this week's episode of "The Office," and at first, no one came. "Charles really did a number on these guys. they are way too focused on work," he says about the stern VP who has departed the Scranton branch. "When I was in charge, this place was like Dave & Busters, people just hanging out, having fun, eating apps."
