I recently bought a brand new 2008 Jeep Liberty that Has been back
to the dealership for repairs 6 times! After really
looking at my contracts and paperwork I discovered that the VIN #
on the contract did not match the one on the car. When I
contacted Chrysler they said this was the dealers
problem. When I contacted the dealer they said I would
need to contact a lawyer. I brought the cops with me to
the dealership to verify that the car was not reported
stolen. But beyond that the cops can't do
anything for me because this is a civil matter.
If you
live in Virginia DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM ROSENTHAL JEEP IN
ARLINGTON!
Please let me know if you have had a similar
experience.
Hopefully I can get to the bottom of this one
soon. I am contacting my local consumer affairs, the attorney
general in my area, and the
BBB.

Thanks
Marissa
