How "green" are you willing to be?

Like a famous amphibian once said, "It's not easy being green." I do the usual things: I walk to my neighborhood supermarket, I have an errand day (saves a lot on gas), I recycle, I compost, I stopped using supermarket grocery bags, I am going vegan (my new waistline has made the effort worth it)--heck, I even wear organic makeup (it helps with my problem skin). However, I have discovered what "true blue" (or is it "true 'green'") people do: They compost their own "waste."

That's rigth, folks! Step right up and meet the Envirolet. This is a specially made toilet that lets you answer the call of Mother Nature and well, give her something back. The product is an impressive bit of engineering that claims to compost human waste without turning your bathroom into a gas chamber. Kudos to SANCOR, the company that makes this must-have item for the enviromentally concerned inhabitant of Earth. Unfortunately, this enviromentally concerned inhabitant of Earth is not going to buy this innovative item anytime soon. Forgive me, Mother Nature but I just cannot see myself fertilizing my flower, veggie, and herb pots with my own, well, manure. I guess we all have our limits. How far are you willing to go for the planet?
