[Ed. note: You can see more colorful shots of retired library card catalog filing units in situ on Bitsandbobbins' Flickr page--our initial inspiration. These units are all over eBay and range in size and price from two-drawer units for $25 to large, standing pieces for close to two grand. Get one now before all the prices go through the roof.]

Report AbuseThis is more of a question about organizing rather than a comment Can't find any other place to put it. I once read a long article about using baskets for storing things (and decluttering). Sounded good to me. Ha. I now have overflowing baskets all over my small 3 room apartment. Now what can I do with them? They are all different shapes and sizes. (I didn't buy new, I picked up from yard sales and even trash bins.). And many have handles. So they can't be stacked. Baskets are nice looking. And very handy to put "to do" things into. Now they have turned into just a new kind of clutter for me. My apartment kind of looks like I'm living in a Second Hand store. Maybe I should just relax and let it stay that way. (It's never to the point of being unhealthy).
