Wow!!! This show has me running through tissue. This guy is really
choosing alcohol over his family- it's so sad. People tend to
develop addictive behaviors to escape life's up and downs, but
this is a trick that steals the lives of so many. Everyone has to
have a coping mechanism- for some it's God for others it's
just simply spiritual meditation. One thing I've learned in
life is that you must believe in and have hope in something greater
than yourself to live this roller coaster ride we call life.

Report AbuseI cannot miss an episode of Intervention. If I do happen to miss one, first I freak out, then I go to A&E.com to see if I can find it. Sometimes we just have too many things recording at the same time! And yes, that episode made me cry as well. I was born in the States and raised in Italy, and saw many relatives with the same problem. Most are gone now, but their children seem to be following in their parent's footsteps. Very sad indeed. I wish that I could help more, but I only get there once a year. I sure do wish that they could help themselves, but that is for naught. Great post, Miss Sweet! GirlyGirl ♥
