I will never walk into that store even again as a protest against opening on a Holiday as Thanksgiving.
Would appreciate others not shop there as a protest.

Report AbuseHmmm... Boycot Kmart for being open on Thanksgiving? Perhaps we should boycot Walmart, Meijer, 7-11, the gas stations, etc. If you need gas to get where you're going, are you going to 'forever more' boycot the gas station you had to stop at to buy gas? Why would the people who have to man the gas stations on Thanksgiving deserve any less compassion than those employed at Kmart?
NOTE TO SELF: Holiday pay = double time or time and a half. A lot of people actually ASK to work the holidays for the extra pay. But I'm sure Kmart will be devastated by your boycot. lol.

Report AbuseNot only KMart, but Meijers, Krogers (certain hrs), WalMart, 7/11, gas stations, etc. No business needs to be open on Thanksgiving Day. If you can't get your gas, and groceries and survive one day of the stores being closed, tough sh#@! Get a life! The day after (Black Friday), brings in 20% of the stores profits for that yr. Thanksgiving Day should be with family, and the people in retail should be home with their family. You know what~~corporate people of those stores ARE. (FYI~~mall retailers ARE closed. They get it).
