We were swarmed with signs and campaign ads galore. We
were bombarded by our local, state, and federal officials to go and
vote in new leaders.
One Year Ago, we elected our new White House team and a new, albeit
African-American, president and first family.
One Year Ago, people were so excited and happy and dancing in the
streets celebrating in that windy city Chicago.
One Year Ago, electoral votes far outnumbered in the Democratic
Party.
One Year Ago, citizens of this great country America were united in
peace to elect our new president.
Today, that fervor and passion over Obama has dwindled
somewhat.
