Stains on drycleaned clothes

Not the most exciting post ever, but I need advice.  Bought a brand new pair of expensive white drycleanable pants (Ann Taylor) I went to a party and got red wine and dirt stains on the cuffs.  I took the pants to the drycleaners who could not get stains out.  What do you suggest I do?  Any hope of getting stains out at this point? What about a bleach pen and water rinse?

if you happen to spill red wine on yourself before it drys you must blot it with WHITE wine on a clean towel with another one behind or underneath. It will talke the red out...then rinse with soda water just the same....you'll stink like a boozer but as long as your not driving you'll be fine and the stain will be gone.

PS this happened to me at a party once with a black and white dress it worked and the stain was gone. This works with wine but don't try it with chocolate/white milk it won't work. :0)
