Twin Peaks Chic: Woodsy bedding

<p></p><p></p><p>I think my husband (Joe) and I are officially the last two people on Earth to get into <em><a rel="nofollow" title="Twin Peaks&#39;s IMDb page." href="http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0098936/" target="_blank">TwinPeaks</a></em><span style="font-style:normal;">. In our defense, we were in junior high when it first aired, and 12-year-olds watching David Lynch is a recipe for...something deeply weird, probably. We&#39;re now hooked, at any rate, and&nbsp; the look of the show has been seeping into our brains: Joe&#39;s fixated on having Kyle MacLachlan&#39;s <a rel="nofollow" title="Wikipedia entry on Agent Cooper." href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dale_Cooper" target="_blank">AgentCooper hair</a>, and I&#39;m itching to turn our bedroom into an over-the-top lodge room like the ones in the Great Northern. I love this heavy-duty, straight-outta-the-woods Adirondack toss pillow from Pendleton (top left, $35, <a rel="nofollow" title="Adirondack toss pillow product page." href="http://www.pendleton-usa.com/jump.jsp?itemID=1081&amp;itemType=PRODUCT&amp;RS=1&amp;keyword=adirondack+toss+pillow" target="_blank">pendleton-usa.com</a>); L.L.Bean&#39;s buffalo plaid ultrasoft flannel sheets (center left, $24-$40per piece, <a rel="nofollow" title="L.L.Bean product page." href="http://www.llbean.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CategoryDisplay?categoryId=42952&amp;storeId=1&amp;catalogId=1&amp;langId=-1&amp;from=SR&amp;feat=sr" target="_blank">llbean.com</a>)and Woolrich&#39;s umpteen outdoor-themed throw blankets (bottom left, $33-$145, <a rel="nofollow" title="Woolrich main site." href="http://www.woolrich.com" target="_blank">woolrich.com</a>) fit the bill quite nicely as well. The Lynchian clincher, of course, would be an homage to the <a rel="nofollow" title="People article on the Log Lady character." href="http://www.lynchnet.com/tp/articles/peopleloglady.html" target="_blank">LogLady</a> My Imaginary Boyfriend&#39;s handmade log pillow (right, $45, <a rel="nofollow" title="Etsy product page." href="http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=18188752" target="_blank">etsy.com</a>). </span></p><p><img title="bighugelabs.com" src="http://l.yimg.com/a/feeds/us/shine/wisteria/mosaic2650231.jpg" alt="Products by Pendleton, L.L.Bean, Woolrich, and My Imaginary Boyfriend." align="left" height="400" width="500"></p><p> </p><br>Posted by Lauren <br><br><strong>Redbook</strong><br> * <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.redbookmag.com/home/grow-your-garden?link=rel&amp;dom=yah_life&amp;src=syn&amp;con=blog_servingdish&amp;mag=rbk"> Tips for Growing a Garden</a><br> * <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.redbookmag.com/home/de-junk-your-life?link=rel&amp;dom=yah_life&amp;src=syn&amp;con=blog_servingdish&amp;mag=rbk"> De-Junk Your Life</a><br> * <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.redbookmag.com/home/chicken-dinner-ideas?link=rel&amp;dom=yah_life&amp;src=syn&amp;con=blog_servingdish&amp;mag=rbk"> 5 New Ideas for Chicken</a><br> * <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.redbookmag.com/home/light-and-easy-suppers?link=rel&amp;dom=yah_life&amp;src=syn&amp;con=blog_servingdish&amp;mag=rbk"> Light &amp; Easy Suppers</a><br> * <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.redbookmag.com/home/freshest-home-ideas?link=rel&amp;dom=yah_life&amp;src=syn&amp;con=blog&amp;mag=rbk&amp;ha=1"> The Freshest Home Ideas</a><br><br>Reprinted with Permission of Hearst Communications, Inc.

This cabin/woodsy look is about 15 years old...as is just as unattractive now as it was then.

Accents of log cabin are really cool...candle holders made out of wood, raw wood framed mirrors... but definently no wood paneled walls :)!
