Vonage

Recently I recieved service from Vonage. Lets just say all that wonderful service that they bragged about is not exactly true. First of all they send u the parts and the instructions. Once you hook it up the damn phone does not work at all. When you call someone they cant here you. They say it sounds like a cell phone with bad reception. Then we called Vonage and ask if they could send someone out to perhaps fix the problem. They explained that they could not send anyone out and basically it was not there problem. So for two weeks I have been without a phone.So to every one out there DONT ----- WITH VONAGE the damn commercial lied. You would be better off with just regular phone service. Take it from me an actual victim!!!
