When applying for a job...How long does it really take?

I applied to be an American Apparel model. I sent the email on Sunday. Now its Wednesday! And still no call or email in response.

Has anyone else tried to become an American Apparel model? How long did it take to get a response? If any?
Try calling them to follow up and make sure they got your resume. Say you applied and are calling to set up an interview and see what they say. I don't know anything about American Apparel, but that's what I'd do for any other position.

it takes a while, and they take more into consideration if you're in the Los Angeles area.

why must people always complain about things like this. kind of like a job interview. if they dont call you then you're obviously not wanted. get over it.
