OK, so I am interested in what your opinions are on this. I
am considering putting an ad in my local paper to write resumes and
reference sheets for people. I have been told I am very good
at it. I took several classes on it in college. I was
just wondering if you think that people would be interested in that
type of service. As a HR director myself, I can tell you that
MANY of the resumes I've seen come across my desk have been very
poorly written. I would say about 25% of them did not contain
some sort of mistake. I'm not judging anyone; I'm just saying
that maybe they don't have time to create a proper resume.
That would be where I come in. I still have to figure out
what my rates would be etc. Anyone have any ideas on
that? Do you think I would be successful in trying it?
