yeah it sux but in a different way

user

as someone who works very hard to succeed when i can i have noticed, that when i work hard there is no raise for me, and men in the same industry get raises for doing a job thats only half as good, i get to keep my job at minimum wage while men are regularly rewarded for not even putting in an effort, i've gotten sexually harassed daily at almost ever job I've worked at and there are almost no tools or resources that i am aware of to help me combat this issue, I've also noticed, that women are regularly demoted for doing the same work quality as a man who will keep that position, just as its easy for a man to get a labor job, but companies refuse to even consider female applicants, everything i'm saying has happened to me, i have been illegally fired twice in the same year, while pregnant both times, and we might have laws to help women, but there isn't a damned thing i can do to help myself except find another employer and it pisses me off so bad, because every time i have a job i want to succeed i have ambition and i put my personal best into it, and usually end up wowing management. in some cases there is nothing a woman can do to succeed the old boys club is still in business, and holding women down is what they do.
