After meeting with her mentor, Christina Blenk , Abby decided to make a few changes to the Red Koala Canvas website. Christina suggested that the Red Koala home page needs to do a better job of ensuring customers understand the offering and gave some other great suggestions to ensure that new customers are not overwhelmed by choices. Despite the upfront costs of updating her site. Christina explained how these changes will pay off for Abby in the long run.

a tornado struck! Thankfully Abby and her family
were not harmed, but the incident put things
in to perspective for the entrepreneur who immediately dropped everything
work-related to focus on her family’s safety and well-being.
