19 years old and has cellulite!!!

user

I'm in  bit of a slump right now... I am a 19 year old (woman/girl?) that eats fairly healthy ( i eat vegatables and fruits atleast twice a day) and has cellulite. i work as a lifeguard, so i do quite a bit of swimming and be active but here i am disgusted with how i look. Then i look over at a friend of mine who eats nothing but fast food every day and she has the flattest tummy/thighs ever!!!!!! Is it just me not working hard enough, or is this just the way i am? Did anyone out there go through the same problem? How did you fix it?

do some squats and lunges with weights Weight training can help a little it helped me. You are 19 and young and if you can wear a bathing suit in front of people be proud of that!!! Most women have cellulite dont let that get to you too much life is too short

I am 56 years old. I stopped consuming refined sugar, substituting it with honey. Walk, walk, walk!! You will lose weight, look better and FEEL BETTER. Also, FitChick was right about weight training. Can't hurt. Good Luck!

your not the only one i'm 21 and have cellulite :o( i have googled it more times than i can count looking for something to cure it. I play two sports and with all the running and working out it seems to never go away but it does help...i read that massaging it after you shower causes more circulation which is suppose to help, and rubbing brewed coffee grains on it is suppose to help too i have tried the massaging although im not sure it works and i haven't dont the coffee because i never have coffee grains but i guess its worth the try :o) your not the only one out there a lot of girls i know in their teens and 20s complain about it.
