A quickie before work

     Yesterday was horrible at work. I had my first experience with an IGNORANT customer. I was caught completely off guard. I've been in customer service positions for years. I've worked in casinos and retail outlets and restaurants and such. My last job before this one was with Verizon Wireless where I had plenty of people screaming in my face about their bill or their phone. The job I have now is pretty cool. I have a little prestigious title and all but the pay isn't great. It's not bad but I was killin' it at Verizon Wireless. Even my unemployment was good, haha. Anyway, the job I do deals with HELPING people get training for school. I wouldn't think anyone would get pissy with me when I'm trying to GIVE them some FREE FEDERAL FUNDS!!! Yah so when the rude chick verbally attacked me today I had no idea what to do. I didn't know whether to spit, quit, or remove my facial piercing and get buck wild on a b---- . I think I handled myself in a professional manner. I excused myself, asked my supervisor to take over, and refused to help said middle aged hood rat. I was so pissed though. My blood was boiling and I needed to smoke. I was like WTF?! I was trying to be nice to her and her goofy grown ass daughters. She got mad at me because we needed their birth certificates and social security cards! What?! They were grown women and their mommy was still in charge of their paperwork??? Their mommy had to come in and act an ass because their legal documents were crammed up their butts somewhere. Guh! I'm still a little upset, haha. That's why I love to write music though. I can get all those feelings of frustration out. Well anyway, I'm about to bounce to work now. Just wanted to write a little something. I can't wait for the weekend so I can finish perfecting my song "Tell me what you want" AND possibly work on this other fly ass beat that Tektonic came up with. It's hot. Sounds like a knight riding in on a horse or some s---. Definitely different that's for sure! I love it. He wants to do another duet. I'm down. Later. Oh, and I am now in general rotation on Jango.
