AVON PC DINNER TONIGHT!

    I have been so busy getting orders ready, calling customers and mostly helping my daughter in her new place.  YES, she finally got it! Her interest rate is a little more than I thought it would be so, I told her she may need to refi. in a bit.  She paid off all her credit debt PLUS her beginning credit score was better than mine. I think her rate should have been lower & her mortgage company will be losing her(their loss!) Anyway she got a great deal on a RED Sectional(used, but nearly new) and I can't wait to see it.Still needs a grill(might have found used one) and a patio set.    She had to do all the floors upstairs before moving stuff up there. Her guy rented a few machines after ripping out stained/smelly carpet and had it all done in a few hours.  She used this great all-in-one stain & poly that we just rolled on. Will need a second coat but that will have to wait. Bit pricy as it was only available in quarts.  Old house with part painted, part stained floors---left remnants of it and covered in a dark warm stain color----LOTS OF CHARACTER.  It is fun helping someone in their new home.  Refreshing sense of optimism abounds.  Well, gotta go.
