Blogging is awesome!

I'm so excited that my first blogging experience last night was a success. Thank you for the five posts letting me know the dealio!

Yes there is a lot to say about my teenage daughters. I have 3 that are in college and it has been an interesting experience in letting go and trusting that they will be okay. I also have a ten year old that is already acting like a pre-teen so they are all showing off their independence! Having spent the majority of my life with them as my focus, I also should be learning some independence. My husband works in the evening which really leaves me wondering what to do with myself.

I recently joined a gym that is open late. That helps me from being a complete couch potato which is great because I have quite a ways to go in the fitness department. The theme of the week in that regard has been motivation. Am I really motivated to go? How do I get remotivated after gaining weight back what I've already lost? Do I believe in myself that it is possible? Is there a payoff for not doing it, and if so what is it and how do I overcome it? And could I please stop asking myself so many questions and just go DO IT! Maybe?
