  Arresting patrons for not tipping, after bad service. Is like being on a motorcycle. And, leaving the green light. Even though a semi is running the red light. Right, or wrong...you're still dead.

  Guess maybe if everyone wus to jus get up and leave....the people in Sunnyvale may jus wake up and realize....you spell the United States of America with pride not censorship.

  I think it is outrageous that one should be arrested about declining to pay for poor or nonexistent service. The charges were only dropped a month later when the media paid attention to this case. See boycottlehighpub.blogspot.com for more details and information.
