Brigitte Nielsen gets surgery on live TV: Has reality programming gone too far?

Reality show superstar Brigitte Nielsen (she’s appeared on The Surreal Life, Flavor of Love, Strange Love and Celebrity Rehab) is getting nipped and tucked live on German TV. She’s decided to have the six different procedures done publicly to show people the “truth,” because she claims so many celebs lie about the work they have done. What’s scarier? The first segment of the four-part series aired already and 2.5 million viewers actually tuned in. Even grosser? Brigitte plans to auction her body fat for charity. Um, you can take us out of the bidding.

Ms. Nielsen can do what she wants and it is obvious people will watch. I say go for it and make some money in the process. Personally I won't be bidding, but if the money goes to a good charity - great.

i really don't know why she needs plastic surgery. I think she looks fine the way she is. People are just changing the way we are intended to age when they have these stupid surgeries. If they would take better care of themselves they would age gracefully.
