  So let me get this straight. A bigot is someone who has a strong opinion and is not willing to see the other side of things right?

  well I am not a biggot but i do not agree with same sex marriage. Now if you are not willing to understand my views on this topic would that make you a biggot?

  I am not saying you are or that I am . But I think you have a strong opinon on the subject as do I. The question is who is right? you think you are I think I am. does that make either of us a biggot? I do not judge race, politics or someones religon. whether they are fat or thin tall or short rich or poor. But I don't believe in gay marriage. But if I met someone who is gay and they were married I would not judge them.

  I have a gay friend and I have had bisexual friends. I treat them the same as anyone else. I do not concider myself a biggot because i disagree with your stance.

  Dear poetry ,It is about equal rights Vs. biggotry Those who voted for prop 8 did this to thier state and this is why everyone in California suffering now.

  and I dont feel that it ever should have been put to a vote . If equal rights for blacks had been put to a vote by "the people" back in the 60s blacks would have had to wait alot longer to have equal rights than they did.

  And i'm not asking you to agree or dissagree with the idea of gay marriage I'm telling you ,you shouldnt have the right to deny 2 legal age adults of the right to get married, No matter what gender they are.

  I under stand what you are saying. I just don't like the biggot thing because I think we all should be able to have our own thoughts without being called names. I want all people to have the same rights. even this one but I do not agree with their choice. but I never said they shouldn't have equal rights. Just your word biggot. my gay friends know my christian veiw point but they also no that I love them with an honest heart. they have been my friends for years. they don't like all my beliefs either. we laugh because of this and embrace each others differences. sorry if I souned anti gay. I was just trying to make a point that we all have freedom to chose which way we believe without be called names for it.

  poetry, If you dont want to be labled a biggott thats ok would you rather me say your "just ignorant ?" Being gay isnt a chioce, or havent your gay friends told you that?

  lol... shy, you ask me if I thought gays were born that way. here's my answer.

  1. some are hermafidites (spelling) they have both male and female genitals. in this case if dr/parent makes wrong judgement for them they will grow up feeling as if they are in the wrong body. not there doing.

  they will if they can afford it change the their gender to what they feel is truly them.

  2. some grow up and families where they do not bond with their father/mother correctly and will try to fill that gap later by forming unhealthy bond with that same sex. A girl will desire closeness with a woman because mom??? did not validate her as a woman. so she looks for a woman to do that and it crosses over to a sexual feeling. This is also what happens to men with a father who does not validate.

  3. some chose later in life after experimenting with same sex

  4. some this some that.

  I could care less really if anyone agrees with me. If I am ignorant then I am.

  okay back to finsh, I have talked to many gays and they do not have an issue with my thinking. I know some will. But if a person is willing to dig deep into themselves they will see the truth. I have had sex with a woman before. but I am not bi-sexual or gay. I just wanted to try it as I was young and wanted to check it out. I enjoyed it too. but I wasn't around a group of homosexuals so it did not draw me in any further. this happens to many. they try it and get drawn in. Others ae gay from early childhood. I love ALL PEOPLE gay, lesibain, straight, tall short, skinny fat, democrat, republican, rich, poor, black, white, yellow, red, brown, pink, purple, one eye, two eye, I just love people.

  You can see that I am just a normal person who has her own opinions and I sher them if asked. but if you think I am ignorant or a biggot that is on you as for me I feel I am nothing but a lover of all. Go ahead get married. be happy. two men love each other get married same with two women. I take nothing from you okay. live and let live. I am willing to learn new things and I am not afraid to admit when I am wrong.

  so I am wrong. I am sorry, I only desire peace and love for all humans.
