My biggest concern is remember what to eat when; you know-the combo of entree, fruit, vege, protein, etc. While I don't often wish for an i-phone, now would be a good time. I bet it has an "app" for such a purpose.

Report AbuseThe only way to achieve healthy weightloss is through fitness and nutrition. Anyone or anything who says any different is taking your money. Please believe in getting out walking and cooking your own veggies. All pre-packaged plans have other bad nutrition ideas, like extra sodium and artificial ingredients. It took me almost 18 years but I swear by fitness and nutrition. Good Luck!
