  Come on man! This isn't fair. I can't do this, Deedle. I would make a lot of people MADDDDDDDDDD. Besides, how do you expect me to pick just one of the nice people and nominate her/him. You has an impossible task. You are just looking for trouble here aren't you! I'm already in disagreement with this whole thing. I think I'll abstain (?) er, just not vote if you don't mind. I will however, come back and see if you get other nominations.

  I was elected President of the NWS,Employees ASSN,IN SEAL,BEACH Ca.

  I was forced to attend the meeting,,as punishment,,returned to the cal lab,as President,,if looks could kill,,I was transfred from the Lab,to Engeneering,,unfortunatly my independent attitude was ahead of me,,these guys were even dumber than the others,,

  I decided to put on a picnic,for the employees,,sold tickets for 25 cents adults,10 cents for kids,,all of a sudden,people had 7,8 even 10 kids,,after all this is a

  Colonel Sanders chicken dinner,,some one kiped a box. STAMPEED !!!THE NEXT ACTIVITY WOULD BE DIFFERENT.

  MEAN TIME A NEW CAPTIAN WAS COMMING ABOARD ,SO I PUT ON A CHANGE OF COMAND DINNER DANCE,,AT THE PHOENIX CLUB,,A SATISFYING SUCCESS.

  A FEW WEKS LATER I WAS TRANSFERED AGAIN,THIS TIME TO PRODUCTION,,It was St Patricks day,,the NCO club was featuring green beer,,the new commander was in attendance,,I ask him what are you trying to do to me,,he said I was surprised when the transfer for you crossed my desk,,come to my office Monday,,,

  After the meeting,I thanked him returned to my old duty station,,What are you doing here?? ask the Stoker,,the Capt will tell you all about it I said,,

  It is next to impossible to fire a Fed civil service employee,,because,,a new hire is on probation,for a reasonable amount of time,,to be closley observed,and evaluated,attitude,performance,ability to work with

  others,,if a year later a supevisor attempts to fire for any reason,,he is on the carpet for cotributing,,

  many more activities followed,beach Parties,laua,Beer Bust,and A Christmas Parties,,my final event,before Retiring,in 1974,much pleasure FOR SOME,,A going away Dinner,for the Board members at the finest restaurant,, .
