Well, unfortunately, sometimes it's not always easy to tell someone their being annoying. I know this seems like a childish thing, but you could try making some noise or doing something equally annoying. :-) That's just something I would do because I like to piss people off sometimes. But if you really want to do this the civil, more adult way, then I would recommend the next time they start to do something that annoys you, explain to them that the comments and noises they make are bothersome and distract you from your work. I've learned that you can't be afraid to offend someone. Just confront them in an adult manner and just ask politely if they could be more a little quieter. Then if they say, "Well, you have no right to tell me to be quiet," or, "Well, you do things that annoy me too," then you should say, "I'm sorry, but I have to get my work done. It's hard to be productive with distractions. If I'm doing anything to annoy, please confront me and I will do my best to be more aware of it next time." If THAT doesnt work and they still wanna be an ass about it, then try the first option I gave you of get a radio to listen to while you work to help drown out some of the noise (which is what I do.) Hope this helps. :-)
