Does it bother you when your significant other tells you of his/her past sexual experiences?

For some odd reason I was never bothered by past boyfriends tales of sexual experiences with their ex girlie friends.  I would sit content and listen as they told me what "so and so" would do to them. And, every so often, I would tell a little story of my own past sexual experiences.  I'm dating this guy now, and I REALLY like him, we are hitting it off PERFECTLY.  Anyway, it erks the heck out of me when he mentions past lovers/relationships.  Why?  Of course, I don't let him know that I'm jealous by no means!  But, I know some of you have to know how I feel.  I mean, is it maybe cause I really like-like (love!) him, or am I overreacting?  Do you find it disrespectful when your lover tells you some things that went on in the past with other lovers, especially when you HAVEN'T asked?

I understand i think it's kind of disrespectful. If a guy is still talking about his ex's and their sexual experiences that probably means that he's not over them. Start getting into real detail about your old flings and see if he squirms.

It does bother me to say the least. I don't give a crap about what your muskrat ex did to you and for you. If he can't move on from what was, he needs to get with it or get lost. Let the dude know that you really don't care! He trying to get a rise out of you. Men play games like that.

I think it is painful. on the other hand it is a sign of trust. I prefer being told even if there are present escapados...to being lied to.
