Most people don’t engage their core in their workouts. Some people don’t even know how! The ball forces you to learn, you cant sit on the ball properly without engaging your core muscle group. By training your body to engage these muscles, you will not only be more likely to do it when you hit the gym, but able to do it more effectively. As with anything, it takes practice to engage these muscles, the more you do it, the better you get.
