great patatoe recipe

DICE ANY AMOUNT OF PATATOES.

MOVE THE DICED PATATOES TO A SUTIBLE SIZED PAN.
 
ADD A LIGHT AMOUNT OF VEGETABLE OIL TO SLIGHTLY COVER THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN.
SPRINKLE SALT AND PEPPER OVER PATATOES.
STIR AND FLIP PATATOES UNTIL YOU SEE THEM LIGHTLY BROWNING.
ONCE SLIGHTLY BROWNING ADD GARLIC POWDER, GARLIC SALT, AND ONION SALT.
  • KEEP STIRING AND FLIPPING UNTILL THE PATATOES ARE ALMOST COMPLETELY BROWNED AND CRUNCHY.
THEN AGIAN SPRINKLE SALT AND PEPPER ON THE PATATOES.
DRAIN OUT THE EXTRA OIL FROM PAN.
THEN MOVE PATATOES TO A PLATE.
LET COOL AND ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!

    thanks for the potato recipe. I will take your seasoning suggestion and try it on my hash brown recipe.
