From its debut last year, when Tila confessed "I am a bisexual," I was hooked on this trashy reality show. She chose all-American boy Bobby as her shot at love, but that lasted all of about... three days. Well, freakin' thank God. Their break-up only meant another season of stupid people vying for Tila's swings-both-ways heart.
So, why do I like this show? If I'm being completely honest, watching the show not only provides base entertainment value, but it makes me feel better about myself. Whenever I get a reminder of a stupid romantic decision I've made, instead of cringing and hitting my head against a stack of Encyclopedia Britannica, I just watch "A Shot At Love" and console myself knowing at least I didn't put my "member" in a box and present it to Tila on national television (yes, this really did happen!).
But even after all the trashiness and drama, Tila still maintains a certain sort of dignity. Last week when she kicked contestant Chris off the show, she explained his fatal mistake: "You don't just bend me over and try to...pump me." That's right: no one pumps Tila in the corner.
Damn, I love this show.
