Heads (or Feet!) Up, Young Ladies!

If one was a businesswoman in the 50's to 90's, wearing high heels in the workplace was a must.  Now in my 70's (and still very active), wow! am I paying for 50 years of contorting my feet in those high-heeled, pointy-toed instruments of torture.

I know, I know......to you I'm an old woman who can't make my way from the recliner to the bed without my cane or walker.......couldn't be further from the truth...........the only things that keep me from doing most of the things I used to as an young and middle-aged adult ARE MY FEET!

NOT a pretty picture!  Misshapen toes, weak, painful ankles, sole-of-the-foot callouses, etc., etc., etc.
My doctor, who's a young, pretty cool human being, just shakes his head (and his finger) every time he examines my poor tootsies.

Don't get yourself into this un-pretty pickle!  Wear these extremity-torturers sparingly!  There are so many options these days that are attractive, comfortable and acceptable in the office or wherever.  Take advantage of them and live your later life footloose and pain-free!

High heels about 10 cm? like Nine West shoes...for me is too high heels not comfort for walking and dancing, maybe for standing party about two hours, more than that would be discomfort and make headache.
