Do you think it’s time for Kylie to give up in her U.S. success? Do you think Madonna’s new album will do much better? [Billboard]
Wednesday, December 16, 2009
Report AbuseThe album may have only charted at 139 on the Billboard charts but don't think for one minute that Kylie has lost her touch. X is one of the best pop albums that I have heard in years, and dispite Kylie's disappointing numbers here in the US she has far made up for it in the rest of the world. Selling a million copies of the album and charting int the top 20 of 16 diffrent countries. No, Kylie may not ever make it here in the US but that seems to be how it goes for a lot of artists. Robbie Williams has attempted many times to repeat his mass-world wide success and has failed multiple times. Its sad that even though the music that Kylie has presented with X is a step above the rest that American radio is not even giving it a chance.
