Most people know the basics of loosing weight, Exercise and eat
less, but there is more
Here are some time tested ideas for you.
1. Do not eat before going to bed.
2. Do not drink Ice water, drink room temperature water.
3. Don't drink Coke like products, drink whole orange juice and
filtered water.
4. Don't eat products that contain chemicals especially
preservatives and synthetic sugars.
4A. Hydrogenated oils are not food, infact it is a chemical like
plastic, and the stomach can not process
it into useable energy for the body.
5. Reduce HFCS.
6. Reduce refined sugars, don't eat those chain store bakery
goods.
7. Don't drink those canned weight loss drinks, or caffeinated
drinks.
Do eat whole natural foods, eat a balanced diet.
Use a small plate, don't eat until you are full, just eat
enough to quench the hunger pain.
Beer, well it is natural, but the callories and the coldness
overwork the stomach.
Why ?
1. Your metabolism is supposed to slow down at bed time, eating
food causes your stomach to
work over time and not effectively, calories are not burned, excess
calories in body turns to fat.
2. Cold water slows down the reaction of the food digestion
process
3 Coke products contain excessive ratios of sugars to liquid, Coke
products also contain
preservatives which also slows the digestive process.

5. Generally HFCS are natural, an enzyme is used to concentrate the
sweetness which makes it full of calories that would beed to be
burned off by excerising.
6 Generally chain store bakery goods contain an excess of
chemicals, food colloring, stabilizers, and preservervatives.
7. Canned diet drinks contain lots of chemicals, basically your
stomach does not know how to process
chemicals,, kind of like eating grass, your stomach can't
digest it.
What can you do:
Keep busy, excerise your mind and body, clean you house
wash your car, walk the dog, help someone
Drink thoes natural rice food drinks, no sugar no chemicals and
flavorful.
Bleached flour bread aint all that healthy, whole wheet breads are
best.
after eating brush you teeth, that is a good excuse to not eat
more.
