It does give you energy for the day. I have to be at work at 8:30
a.m. and I get up at 5 or 5:30 in the morning 3 or
4 days a week. Sometimes I go to the gym and sometimes I do
it at home. It works for me!

Report Abusewhat time do you usually go to bed because that seems a little unreasonable, even though it does seem like it could work. :)
