NEWS TO ME

I tried to watch the news, now I'm tryin' to figure out,
" Why the hell watch the news, if dat sh!t don't count ? "
" Like what the hell did we do to make gas this amount
and who we helpin' over seas when our kids can't count ?
" They can barely damn read, now what kind of damn disease
do we have to damn catch to get what we damn need.
If A.I.D.S ain't it and this war won't help,
then stop tryin' to hurt people when they tryin' to help they self.
We ain't relying on the government.
We dyin' from it's rules that some dummies made up and enforced by fools.
They been f@#$in' folks up way before they touched schools
and still f@#$in' kids up that's why f@#$ ups are cool.
This s--- never was new... it ain't like we don't know...
Yo dat s--- ain't the news... Man dat s--- just for show.
I've seen deeper issues staring out the window....
so how the hell you watch the news without real info.

Report AbuseThe media has always devised it's own bias and coverage. The news is bad it's a trainwreck I don't watch it ever. Because they leave a lot of things out. The papers are becoming the same way to me also. s--- they can't even help their own here first. I see a lot of us helping out 3rd world countries and hey that's cool there is nothing wrong with that but take care of our own first.Alex

Report AbuseIt does, but it's mostly about solitude. "Silence" is golden from the weight of my heart that locks me in pains and pulls me apart, so I fight with these chains in the cover of dark armored only with my decadence that deepens my thoughts...Basicly I am a Man of few words who must suffer in silence planning to be reunited with my 9 month old son and in addition to that I'm looking forward to getting married and having a couple more kids.
