I have clicked on way too many posts from kids looking to meet other kids and saying boys have been mean to them!
You have your own web-sites - please keep the High School issues there!
Maybe the Editors can add a post on the Home Page explaining this to Shine readers!
I am sure to get some bad comments from this, but someone had to say it!
What do all the WOMEN think?

Report AbuseI agree no kids but, I do take issue with the 54 age limit. I am 58 and I like this site. Please give us older ladies a break we are not ready for the grave and really like to look nice and take care of ourselves. After all we are the baby boomers

Report AbuseIf you are looking for advice on other issues then that is different. I specifically stated annoyance at the "high school issues", for which I have read many posts. You have posted a very good article about an important issue (to all of us!). Sorry if you were offended - this was not aimed at you.

Report AbuseTo the two upset posters... vick and zil2x532 IMO please come here ask questions, I think its good that those of us who are a bit more mature be here to help out our younger sisters with advice, I don't believe the OP was directing her post at you. I believe its meant for those posting the OMG guess what happened at school today posts or the ASL type posts... Just my opinion anyway...

Report AbuseWell I have to agree with you, however I am not 25 but a very wise and mature 20 year old and mother of one, engagged and soon to be married to the love of my life and father of my child. I don't myspace and I never have. I am glad that someone did mention it because while looking for other mature grown up people to chat with I have only found immature teens who have no idea what is ahead of them. If you still feel that I am not on your level, my feelings will not be hurt. I just seen your blog and it caught my attention due to the fact that I have the very same feelings.

Report AbuseThank you Deborah G - I did not say kids stay off - I asked that they keep the "High School" issues such as OMG off. And I sent my personal apology to the woman who is 58 - as I said I was quoting a Shine press release with the age range - not discriminating!

Report AbuseAgain to all of the women I have offended, I am sorry. The Wall Street Journal article about Shine states the age range of 25-54 - I did not make it up and I am not discriminating against anyone or saying anyone is not on my level. Apologies to all who misunderstood!
