Operation Chaos... Do you think it's making any sort of a difference?

I'm sure many people, Republicans and Democrats alike, have heard of Rush Limbaugh's "Operation Chaos". I was just wondering if anyone out there believes that this had made any sort of a difference or not in the Democratic Primary?

I was listening to his talk show this afternoon and thought the amount of people that have called and/or emailed his show letting him know they had switched parties for the election in Indiana and North Carolina (especially Indiana ) was pretty remarkable.

I have no idea. Now I know for sure why you think the NYT is an extreme left-wing paper. Well, I don't think we have much in common politically. I hope your side loses in November 2008. I probably feel the same about my side.

I am going to go to Rush's site and find out what this Operation Chaos is.

You are probably right there :). It's still nice when people from opposite sides are able to get together and have conversation and research the other persons opinions, now that's the America I am proud to live in!

Just an FYI, I'm not happy with my side by any means this time around!!

I personally don't listen to Rush Limbaugh. Back when I was a Democrat he left a bad taste in my mouth, not that he was wrong (I realize now) but I didn't like the way he presented things. I listen to a guy called Bob Dutko, he comes on @ 12:00 till 4:00 on a local Detroit radio station. He is very fair and balanced. He is a Christian talk show host and he opened my eyes to what politics was all about. He proves that what may feel good, or sound good doesn't mean it works (i.e. social programs). A lot of people say that they don't uderstand how you can be a Republican and be middle class (which I used to think), but now I realize you can't be a Democrat and be a good Christian. With things like the A.C.L.U. taking God out of schools and the Government, giving women the right to an abortion (murder) and so many other issues, I had to switch parties. You can find Bob @ www.wmuz.com take a listen and check out some of his material, you'll be glad you did.

Thank you, I will do that. And coming from another middle class Republican, I agree with you completely.
