Our Lord is so amazing!

user

I've been going through IVF, transferred 3 embryo's last week and am currently waiting to find out if I'm pregnant after 4 heartbreaking years of trying to conceive.

This last weekend, I had a few weak moments filled with fear.  I'm a faithful woman, but sometimes that fear creeps up and I have to pray with all my might to fight it off.

Both Sat and Sun, I was in my room feeling scared when I heard Him say in no uncertain terms,
"Go to your bible now!"  (I have the Women of Faith study bible so many of the 'stories' are written in simpler terms.)  Anyway, I immediately went to my bible and opened to the story of Hannah that said,
"A Mother At Last!"
No page turning, just opened it up to that page on both days.  It was simply amazing!

Today, as I sit at work and feel little twinges in my tummy, I know with my heart and soul that this journey is (and always has been) in His precious hands.

O prisoners of hope; even now I announce I will restore twice as much to you.  Zechariah 9:12

What a great message. We should always turn to him and trust in him when we feel that fear. He is always there for us. I love the story of Hannah. One of the things I learned from Hannah is that she trusted in God and was no longer downcast. Her situation didn't change, but her attitude did. That's faith!

May the Lord be with you always in your time where your faith is being tested. I know that there are many times in life when we can find ourselves at perplexity's door, uncertain of where to turn for answers or support and I think that you have definitely made the right choice. God works miracles everyday of the week and I hope that the child you are praying for, will be yours.

    Praise Him Often and Always,

    FC

I believe in what I write. Pray that my legs get stronger. I have been invited to the Women of Faith conference. I think it is next week. I have to climb about three steps to my seat. Since my injury three months ago, I lost muscle in my left leg. I am walking now. I know the Lord and his angels will help me climb. I will be thinking of you and praying for all the women here on Shine.
