October 13 & 14--we left St Clair, MI and went to Port
Clinton, OH. We drove through Detroit and the shabbiness was
awful. I am posting quite a few pictures taken along the
street as we drove through Detroit. You hear that things
aren't going good for Detroit but seeing it is
believing.
The park were we are staying is Erie Island
Resort & Marina and we are within site of the David-Besse Nuclear Plant.
We drove the Lake Erie Coastal Circle. Every city seems to
have a scenic route for the tourists. We stopped to take
pictures of the Marblehead Lighthouse.
