People “Just Not That Into” Jennifer Aniston

We know Jen Aniston has said countless times that she’s tired of the whole “aw, poor Jen” thing, but we can’t help but say it ourselves sometimes. After being publicly ditched by ex-husband Brad Pitt for Angelina, the media has been on a constant frantic push for her to settle down again. Now she’s starring in a movie with the unfortunate title, “He’s Just Not That Into You.”

"I wish it was ‘She's Just Not That Into You!’" says Jen. "Unfortunately, it's ‘He's Just Not That Into You.’ The other would be more empowering." This is coming off her cameo on “30 Rock” where she played a woman who was unstable. On top of that, Jen makes herself looks kind of silly by stating that she loves watching re-runs of her old sitcom, “Friends.”

"This is horrible to say, but there are times when I laugh my rear end off," she says. "And I get in debates with people who are over and say, 'Friends' is not my thing.' Excuse you!"

Man, even her own pals hate on her biggest career success—that’s gotta hurt. Are you “into” Jennifer Aniston, or do you think she’s annoying? What people have to remember is she didn't start the 'poor Jen' thing, the media did, she didn't have anything to do with the million articles, pictures or whatever about her. As she said the Brad, Jen, Angelina thing is old. Brad and Angelina are together and they are a great couple. Jen is seemingly happy with her life, I wish them all the best. I happen to like Jen, I had a chance to meet her at a Cubs game and she was cool, funny even, she's a great person. The media is the one exploiting the issue as they do with most celebrities to the point where you tire of seeing them. I think it's small of people to 'not' like someone they don't even know unless the person is just an all around ass like 50 cent, starting stuff, doing simple things, saying off the wall crap and hating on others. Then again everyone is entitled to their opinions, I like Jen, Brad and Angelina, I think they are all good people, tales of the heart don't lie. It was sad what happened mainly because the media exploited such a private thing so much, but it happens everyday to regular folks. You move on and get over it, that's what she did so best of luck to them all.

Anyone who tries as hard as she does to look young, particularly at her age, comes off as being shallow and vain and boring. Come one, freezing your eggs when you're 39 and no prospects to get married? It's like buying a wedding dress when you know you're going into the convent, for pete sake!

I have respect for Jennifer Aniston as an actress. I originally saw her in a horror, B-movie titled "Leprechaun", I think that was the name of it. She was young and played a very shallow young woman who comes through in the end as a strong (sort of) woman. But there was alot of "Ewwwwww" from her in that movie and quite a bit of the squealy screaming which I find annoying in anyone, even young little girls who play in my neighborhood. As a friend of mine said, "Thank God I had boys!". That high pitched squeal of a scream really gets on my nerves. Just SCREAM for heavens sake and make some noise to get attention. Otherwise, Jolie, who I feel is HIGHLY over-rated, somes across as a man-stealing b---h. Brad is just an adulterer and Jennier has been maligned and judged unfairly. Although, as I said in an earlier post, if she wants a child she should just get pregnant and have one. With her money, she certainly doesn't need a man to have a child with. She just needs the sperm and she can get much better sperm from a sperm bank rather than from John Mayer. What a putz he is!

She's got to be one of THE "poor(est), little famous girl" I've ever seen who can't get a good break since that "unfortunate" thing happened to her. Whatever she does, whoever she's with, people will always end up talking about that "unfortunate" thing. For me, it's soooo old, but I read about it hoping she gets back on her feet on a more solid ground. Best of luck to Jen.

I'm not a fan, but I figured out a long time that she was past the 'poor Jen' thing. You'd see pictures of her smiling & beaming next to a headline that said how miserable she was.

Also, if she's proud of her accomplishments, then good for her. She is allowed to be HUMAN after all.

She keeps in the public eye with all the posts in the tabloids. She loves the attention. Then again, she really is not that good looking, with those low set ears and square chin. The best thing in her life has always been her steadfast friend, Courteney Cox. Aniston's gal-pal has always been there for her, no matter what.

Aniston surely knows how lucky she is to still find work in movies. Odd thing is she is not a bona fide sure thing at the box office.
