Pink boxer shorts

Preparing to depart, a very noisy bunch of kids, in
a swimming plunge, ,in WACO, Texas,1950,,I was
astonished by the sudden quietness,, U could hear a pin drop I
discovered,I had put on my pink jock shorts,,pink because my
mother in law,had washed them with something that fadded,,,that was
then,today I could be a hero,fighting on the front lines,how times
have changed,,,

Those that once were chastised, attacked, etc. are now embraced, paraded (is that a pun) around for all to see. Queer, isn't it?
