POEM

Life is a game we're forced to play
We hide our pain inside, so deep, so deep
As cold and endless as the grave
We hide ourselves behind lies
Behind fools veneer masks, cracked and fading
Worn and torn by the horror of life.
Our hearts are locked in impenetrable cages,
Impossible to retrieve.
Either lost or stolen, does it really matter?
We're lost all the same, forever searching for that
Illusive thing, not even knowing what we're searching for,
Forever lost and locked in our own minds.

i don't really care if anyone likes the poem. not like you people even look at my poems anyway, so if you don't like it, go to hell.

Chaos.
